Welcome! I’m a PhD candidate in International Relations/Political Science at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva.
You can read about my current research here. I study the relationships of International Organizations (IOs) with member states and external partners. In particular, I focus on the politics of funding IOs. My doctoral dissertation explores the African Union’s finances and reforms in peace & security and infrastructure development.
My research is published in the Journal of Common Market Studies (JCMS), West European Politics, International Spectator, and by Routledge.
Previously, I studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of University of London, the College of Europe (Bruges) and University of Geneva. I have worked in Brussels and Palestine, most recently as a consultant for GIZ.
In my free time, I love hiking in the mountains – it runs in the family.
